BlueCare is an AAC web platform for children with autism. It provides a child-facing communication board, a caregiver/therapist dashboard, and an admin surface. The exact feature set evolves; significant removals are announced at least 60 days in advance.

Caregivers and therapists create accounts. Children do not. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for any actions taken under your account.

Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service. Don't use it to send unlawful content. Don't impersonate another person. Custom symbol uploads are subject to admin moderation; we may reject content that conflicts with our content policy.

BlueCare, the brand mark, and the codebase are owned by the BlueCare team. ARASAAC pictograms are licensed under CC BY-NC-SA, attributed in the in-app credits. Custom symbols you upload remain yours; you grant us a limited license to display them to your account.

BlueCare is free for everyone — families, therapists, and educators alike. We do not charge subscription fees, seat fees, or per-child fees. Operational AI costs are governed by a per-child monthly cap inside the application; the system gracefully degrades (cached responses, fewer suggestions) when a cap is reached, never paywalled. If we ever introduce paid features, they will be additive and announced at least 60 days in advance.

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend accounts that violate acceptable use, with notice where the situation allows.

BlueCare is a communication tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. We make no warranty that the service is fit for a particular clinical purpose. For clinical decisions, consult your therapist.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes go to the competent courts of Jeddah.
